Payments We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If you are having issues and are using a Visa or Mastercard Debit or Gift Card use the PayPal checkout, you do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal checkout.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Shipping will not be refunded only the actual cost of the laces ordered unless the laces are defective or as a result of our error.

Refunds will not be issued in the case of the customer providing us with an incorrect shipping address and replacement orders will not be issued.

You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks of receiving your returned order, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Warranty

SR4U Laces are warrantied against any manufacturing defects for a period of 30 Days (Laces that have a defect when brand new). Please contact us using the form below for any defect problems. Please note that SR4U Laces are not indestructible.

What is not covered:

Laces breaking due to someone stepping on them or contact/collisions during practice or gameplay and or laces becoming untied during play and breaking due to someone stepping on them.

Shipping

We Ship Worldwide. Shipping times vary by location. Below are estimated shipping times for our STANDARD ECONOMY shipping. All economy shipments are sent USPS and passed to your countries postal service for delivery.

Please note due to COVID-19 you may experience delivery delays.

USA - 7-12 Business Days (Not including Saturday or Sunday)
Canada - 7-12 Business Days (Not including Saturday or Sunday)
UK - 7-35 Business Days (Not including Saturday or Sunday)
Most of Europe - 7-35 Days (Not including Saturday or Sunday)
Rest of the World 7-35 Days (Not including Saturday or Sunday)

Please note every country has different duties and taxes which may or may not be incurred on your order.

To keep shipping costs down we ship everything economy shipping. Orders made on Fridays do not ship until Monday.

Orders made after 1pm EST ship the next business day excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
